1.  The current month will be compared to January.  If the current month is not January it will stop execution and simply put out the message “Can only be ran during the month of January”, otherwise it will continue to step 2
2.  It will read table xrj_wpdatatable_18 and compare the current year against the year in the database.  If they are the same it will display a message “Already ran this year and stop execution” and  no updates will be performed, otherwise it will continue to step 3.
3.  It will clear the backup availability table xrj_wpdatatable_2_1_1_1_1_1
4.  It will copy the contents of the productive availability table xrj_wpdatatable_2_1_1_1_1 to the backup availability table xrj_wpdatatable_2_1_1_1_1_1
5.  It will move the contents of the twelve “jannext” months to the twelve “jancurr” months and then clear the contents of the twelve “jannext” allow for the rental owners to begin booking for the next years availabilit
6.  It will update the field “availability” in table xrj_wpdatatable_2_1_1_1_1 to ensure the availability selection popup is consistent with the updated 24 month availability settings
7.  It will update table xrj_wpdatatable_18 so the process cannot be ran again

Once the process is completed the following two tables need have the availability fields “data” manually updated.  This field controls the 24 month availability popup selection options.  Replace the years in the following text with the appropriate values and copy and paste.
