Additional Rental Info

  • The minimum rental period is one week.
  • Renters must check-in at the Office BEFORE parking on their lot. If the office is closed renters must checking the next business day
    October – April -> Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM / Saturdays 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Sunday office is closed)
    May – Sept -> Monday thru Friday only 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday office is closed)
  • Renters are required to pay a one-time check-in fee at the time of check-in. If a renter completes their stay and leaves the resort, then another check-in fee is required.  
    7 day $10.00 fee

    2 week $20.00 fee
    Month or longer $40.00 fee
  • Renters are allowed to use most of the common areas. However renters may not use the Club House Lounge area or gaming area unless they attend with an owner.
  • Mail service is limited to renters whose stay is for a month or longer
  • If the renter/guest moves from one lot to another, they must check-in with the Office the day they change lots.

Personal Rental Page Overview

$100.00 one time setup fee

  • Show up to 16 photos of your property
  • Submitted photos will be edited with professional software in order to reduce load time and enhance clarity.  Arrangements can be made to have property photos taken using professional equipment. Potential renters will always look at properties with photos first. Did you read all the bullet points in this document or did you look at the photo to the right first?

  • Your own personalized property description
  • Permits you to add a very detailed description of what makes your property special (gorgeous view, quiet area, close to…., casita descriptions, park model descriptions, etc.)
  • All your property information shown on a single page
  • Photos, personal description, amenities, pricing, contact info, availability, etc. Potential renters can simply click on your resort listing to immediately see your personal page from both the rental listings and availabilities listings. The personal page information other than photos is pulled from the main rental database so there is no need to manage your rental information on multiple sites. Update your resort listing and your personal page automatically updates as well.
  • Reservation” and “Requests for Info” forms are directly embedded in your personalized page
  • Simplifies potential renters contacting you. Your email address remains hidden from the public through the use of the forms. The forms generate consistent, professionally formatted, email messages that clearly identifies your potential customers requests and the related lot number is displayed in the emails subject line.
  • The layout of the personal rental page makes it far easier to read your listing
  • Unlike the rental listings page, the personal property page was painstakingly designed to render perfectly on all devices (computers, tablets, phones). Today almost 50% of people browsing the internet use either a mobile or tablet device. That’s a lot of missed opportunities!
