Additional Rental Info
- The minimum rental period is one week.
- Renters must check-in at the Office BEFORE parking on their lot. If the office is closed renters must checking the next business day
October – April -> Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM / Saturdays 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Sunday office is closed)
May – Sept -> Monday thru Friday only 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday office is closed)
- Renters are required to pay a one-time check-in fee at the time of check-in. If a renter completes their stay and leaves the resort, then another check-in fee is required.
7 day $10.00 fee
2 week $20.00 fee
Month or longer $40.00 fee
- Renters are allowed to use most of the common areas. However renters may not use the Club House Lounge area or gaming area unless they attend with an owner.
- Mail service is limited to renters whose stay is for a month or longer
- If the renter/guest moves from one lot to another, they must check-in with the Office the day they change lots.
